Washington D.C. – House Republicans and unelected bureaucrat Elon Musk have officially declared war on Christmas, supporting a government shutdown until January 20th.
If House Republicans and unelected bureaucrats get their way:
- Over one million active-duty servicemembers will not be paid as they purchase Christmas gifts for their families.
- Millions of travelers will face significant travel delays during the holiday season as more than 13,000 air traffic controllers and 50,000 TSA officers will be forced to work without pay.
- The livelihoods of tens of millions of Americans will be in jeopardy as they lose access to critical government services – including housing, disaster response, and nutrition assistance.
“You’re a mean one, Mr. Musk,” said HMP Communications Director CJ Warnke. “You really are a heel! You’re as cuddly as a cactus, you’re as charming as an eel, Mr. Musk. Given the choice between the two of you – I’d take the seasick crocodile!”
